In 2005, High Rock Studios consisted of a few people managing graphic design and web development projects, for companies in the Hagerstown, MD area. Since then, High Rock Studios’ client base has expanded to include the Baltimore-Washington DC region and beyond. By 2008, High Rock Studios had grown to 15 employees producing top-notch designs, highly-customized websites, and slick, interactive web applications. They soon realized small-business and non-profit customers were in need of a cost-effective alternative to High Rock Studios’ custom solutions.
